Ingredients

2 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise
1 box no-boil, flat lasagna sheets (you probably won’t use them all)
3 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk (more if necessary)
3/4 cup fresh ricotta
1/4 cup fresh basil
grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
salt and pepper
