generous 2 cups good quality chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, divided*
Peanut Butter Ice Cream:
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 2/3 cup half-n-half
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
Chocolate Cupcakes:
3/8 cup unsweetened good quality cocoa powder
3/8 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened (1/2 a stick)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup yogurt
Chocolate Top Coat:
1 cup good quality chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
