¼ cup (60ml) vegetable oil
1 onions, chopped
2 medium sized carrots

¾ cup (115g) all-purpose flour
8 cups (1.9 liters) chicken stock
Salt and pepper
2 cups (300g) cooked chicken, cubed
8 oz (225g) mushrooms
1 cup (240 ml) half-and-half
½ cup (25g) chopped parsley
